Refund policy
All case-run payments are non-refundable once your results are generated.
Because the entire cost of the Service is incurred at the moment your results are produced (model inference, attorney matching, letter generation), refunds are not available after generation completes — even if no attorney ultimately responds to your outreach. This is stated up-front on the intake form.
You may receive a refund in these cases:
- Your payment processed but our pipeline failed and could not produce a results page within 24 hours of payment.
- Duplicate payment for the same case (we issue a refund for the duplicate).
- Unauthorized charge — report immediately to the operator.
To request a refund under one of these conditions, reply to the receipt email or contact the operator address in the footer.
