Attorney Match

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 17, 2026.

1. What this service is

Attorney Match (the “Service”) is a software tool that takes a description of your legal situation, returns a ranked list of attorneys whose published practice profiles appear to match your case, and generates draft outreach emails you can send to those attorneys.

2. What this service is NOT

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and located in the United States. The Service is currently US-only.

4. Payment

Each case run is a one-time $10 USD charge processed by Stripe. No subscription. No automatic recurring charges. By submitting your case you authorize the charge.

5. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable once your results are generated and delivered. If processing fails on our end before results are produced, you will receive a full refund. See our Refunds policy.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your submission solely to generate your results and to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. Your case description and any uploaded documents are encrypted at rest.

7. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to defraud, harass, impersonate, or interfere with any attorney’s practice or another user’s use. You will not use the Service to draft or send communications that misrepresent the facts of your matter.

8. Attorney listings

Listings are drawn from publicly available state bar attorney directories. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but the information may be incomplete or out-of-date. Verify any attorney’s license status, contact information, and scope of practice independently before retaining them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the case run in question. We are not liable for any decision you make as a result of using the Service, including any decision to retain or not retain an attorney.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the Service operator is principally located, without regard to conflicts-of-laws principles.
